HUD Compliance / Permanent Foundation Inspections

As of 2025, I am HUD Compliance/ Permanent Foundation Certified.

Types of Inspections and Price Breakdown: 
 

• Foundation Certification: $450

• Additions Certification: $450

• Foundation + Additions Certification: $600​​

• ​Reinspection (after repairs are made): $300

• Resubmits (add a certification to an existing report): $300​

 

Please note that Engineer fees are included in the cost of the certification.​
 

Since most loans require a First Permanent Location statement and it can not be ordered as a standalone report, there is no additional cost for this statement and it will be included with every certification.​
